NYU Law's anti-discrimination policy bars any recruiter that discriminates on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. Would you feel the same way if a whites-only employer wanted to come to the law school? I mean, white kids may want to work for a place like that, right?
Bottom line, NYU has a comprehensive policy that they use for everyone who comes to recruit. They were right in filing the law suit, and progressive NYU students should stand behind them.
